Inside the App
Nutrivim guides you through five steps: you start with a 4-day Nutrition Journal to log your meals, symptoms and cravings. Then Body Insights lets you map pain points and physical signals. Based on this data, you request a Personal Plan, a tailored nutrition protocol written by our gut expert and orthomolecular therapist. From there, the Masterclass deepens your understanding of gut health, blood sugar and inflammation, and the Recipes section offers meals designed around your body's specific needs.
Yes, the app is free to download and use. Certain features, such as the personalised nutrition analysis and the masterclass, are paid services available within the app.
The nutrition analysis is €150. This is a one-time fee per analysis and includes the full written protocol, delivered within 5–7 business days.
The Masterclass is a 10-chapter in-depth course covering the foundations of holistic health, from the microbiome and leaky gut to blood sugar, inflammation and sleep. It's €200 for 3 months of access to all chapters, including any updates released during that period.
